Better Nutritionals is making a major investment in the City of Norco, signing a long-term lease to occupy approximately 425,000 square feet of industrial space at the new Saddle Ranch Business Center, located at the southwest corner of Horseless Carriage Drive and Fifth Street. The rapidly growing nutritional products company, most of whose products are now manufactured in Gardena, will create a Norco campus comprised of all four buildings at Saddle Ranch Business Park, developed by Newport Beach-based CapRock Partners. Better Nutritionals currently produces the Vitamin Friends product line and trendsetting apple cider vinegar gummies for Goli, sold at major retailers and online.

“Our Norco campus is situated to be one of the best and most innovative in our industry. We are extremely excited to be in this position” - Sharon Hoffman

Better Nutritionals presently employs approximately 300 employees, and by the time the company is fully built-out in Norco, its payroll could expand to 1,000. Saddle Ranch Business Center appealed to Better Nutritionals because its four separate buildings provide an opportunity to dedicate different product lines to each structure. In addition to Saddle Ranch Business Park’s versatile site plan, Better Nutritionals was attracted by Norco’s lack of congestion and proximity to major freeways.

“We were looking for a landlord we could grow with together, and for a business-friendly city that would be our partner in future expansion,” states Sharon Hoffman, founder and CEO of Better Nutritionals. Better Nutritionals is currently building out the tenant improvements required for a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and is expected to be operational by the first quarter of 2021. In addition to creating hundreds of new jobs in the City, the company’s commitment may also generate sales tax revenue from online sales of products. The company’s selection of Norco is a testament to the business-friendly environment that City staff members and local leaders have created in Norco over the years.
